Warranty:

All our products are covered by Plum Audio warranty for one year following the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any defect in the manufacturing of product.

​

This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction caused by incorrect use - such as, but not limited to, power cables connected backwards, excessive voltage levels, or exposure to extreme temperature or moisture levels.

​

The warranty covers replacement or repair, as decide by Plum Audio.

Shipping items for a repair or replacement:

In order to return us a product, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
